Everton are facing a battle to keep Ademola Lookman at Goodison Park this summer, according to reports.

According to a report in the Daily Mirror, Ademola Lookman wants to leave Everton this summer, and Marco Silva would have a reason to be angry with Sam Allardyce if the claims are true.

Allardyce constantly overlooked Lookman at Everton last term, and sent the youngster out on loan in Janaury.

During his time with Red Bull Leipzig, Lookman proved that he was more than ready to play first-team football.

The youngster scored five goals and claimed four assists in 11 appearances for Leipzig, which showed just what Everton were missing out on.

Through no fault of his own, Silva appears to be facing a battle to keep hold of Everton’s brightest prospect.

And if Lookman does move on this summer, Silva could be forgiven for feeling frustrated with Allardyce, for not giving the former Charlton man move of a chance at Goodison Park.
