Ademola Lookman was left out of the Everton squad against Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend.
Lookman was completed left out of the Everton for their opening Premier League game of the season against Wolves away from home at the Molineux Stadium.
Silva has said that the 20-year-old winger was left out of the squad due to technical reasons, as the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
The Everton boss has also stated that Lookman trained well this week and responded the way he wanted him to.
Silva told The Daily Star: “Lookman knows very well why he wasn’t in the squad last week. It was a technical decision and he knows very well why. But I can tell you he has trained very well this week and responded how I wanted him to.”

Lookman – who earns £23,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has been linked with a move away from Everton in the summer transfer window.
According to The Mirror, RB Leipzig are interested in signing Lookman from Everton this summer.
The report has also claimed that the Toffees have placed a £30 million price-tag on the 20-year-old winger.
Lookman moved to Everton from Charlton Athletic in January 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £11 million.
