Everton are said to be chasing Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, as they try and bring him to Goodison Park.

The move would really announce Everton’s ambition as a club.
And Walcott would almost certainly be delighted to link up with the former Arsenal man again.
“He’s enjoying his football and it’s going to be difficult to get him off the football pitch, I’m pretty sure of that,” he said.
“He loves touching the ball and he’s got something different to his game now which is goals.
“People would say they would criticise that side of it [in the past] but I see him in training every day and he’s looking a totally different player. He’s like a new signing. It’s an absolute honour to play with him at the moment.”

Walcott and Ramsey played together for a long time at Arsenal, before the attacker left to join Everton in January.
Walcott has made a big impact for the Toffees, and Ramsey would likely do the same if he was to join Marco Silva’s side.
Everton would have to pay big wages to attract Ramsey, but he could be a marquee signing for the Toffees.
Everton have expressed a desire to break into the top four in the coming years, and Ramsey’s arrival would really be a showing of their intent.
