Onyekuru was loaned to Galatasaray by Everton this summer.

Everton attacker Henry Onyekuru has told Turkish outlet Fotomac that he is aware of interest from Spanish side Valencia in his services, but has stated that he wants to remain at loan side Galatasaray.
Onyekuru, 21, was loaned to Galatasaray earlier this summer by Everton, who want the Nigeria international to get some game time after suffering a long-term injury last season.
The former KAS Eupen star suffered the injury during his season-long loan spell with RSC Anderlecht, where he scored an impressive 10 goals in 28 outings with some of those appearances coming from out wide.
Aware of Valencia’s interest who would seemingly want to sign the attacker by requesting Everton to cancel his loan at Gala, Onyekuru stated that he will ignore any advances as he wants to remain with the Turkish side for the 2018-19 term.
“It is true that Valencia is interested in me,” Onyekuru said. “I liked this interest but now I am Galatasaray’s player and I do not think about leaving.”

Onyekuru is yet to play for Everton after joining the club from Eupen, but does have four years remaining on his contract at Goodison Park and could soon be given a chance – if he impressed in Turkey.
Gala boast plenty of high-profile names such as Garry Rodrigues, Younes Belhanda, Bafetembi Gomis, Fernando Muslera and Yuto Nagatomo, and Onyekuru will be hoping to shine alongside the wealth of talent.
