Everton striker Oumar Niasse is reportedly on the radar of Cardiff City and Fenerbahce.

It has been reported by the Turkish news outlet that Fenerbahce and Cardiff City are interested in signing Niasse from Everton in January.
The 28-year-old striker reportedly wants to leave the Toffees on a permanent basis, and the Merseyside outfit are also claimed to be want to sell the Senegal international.
Niasse joined Everton from Lokomotiv Moscow in February 2016 for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £13.5 million and is out of contract in the summer of 2020, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.

Leaving Everton
Niasse is struggling for playing time at Everton at the moment, and it will make sense for the striker to leave the Toffees in the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old has played just 48 minutes in the Premier League for the Toffees so far this season, according to WhoScored, and he is clearly not in the plans of Everton manager Marco Silva for the 2018-19 campaign.
