Kieran Richardson has claimed that Tottenham’s front three – Heung-Min Son, Harry Kane and Dejan Kulusevski are ‘better than’ Liverpool’s on current form, as he told Vibe with Five.
The former Manchester United defender added that he does ‘prefer’ Liverpool’s forward line, but just thinks those in north London are the ones balling right now.
Since the turn of the year, no other players in the Premier League have scored more goals than Son and Kane.
Whilst Kane and January signing, Kulusevski, are topping the assists charts in 2022, with their recent matches proof of that.
Antonio Conte’s side have scored nine goals from their last two matches, with Kane not even getting on the scoresheet, which just goes to show the quality they have at their disposal.
Nonetheless, as Son ran riot at Aston Villa over the weekend by scoring a hat-trick, this is what Richardson had to say about their forward line.
“I hate saying it,” said Richardson. “But Tottenham, their front three, it’s the best in the Premier League.
“At this moment in time, it’s the best in the league. Even better than Liverpool, for form.
“I prefer Liverpool’s and on paper, it’s the best. And they are the better front three. But after Liverpool, their front three is the best.”

The pressure will now be on this free-scoring Tottenham side to get over that Champions League line and secure fourth spot in the Premier League table.
When Arsenal were the ones taking charge, they started to stumble, including losing games to Crystal Palace and Brighton.
Well, Spurs host Graham Potter’s men this weekend hoping to pull further away from the chasing game.
This is the type of matches they need to see off because dropped points here will only point towards the obvious being aimed at the club.
