The Nigerian has been linked with a move to Spurs in the past.
Tottenham Hotspur will take on KAA Gent in the Europa League following the London club’s exit from the Champions League at the group stage.
In doing so they will be going up against a player they have been linked with for some time – Nigerian attacker Moses Simon.
It was first reported that Spurs were interested by the Daily Mail back in October 2015. They claimed that Simon had caught the eye of Spurs scouts during trips to assess the suitability of his then team-mate Laurent Depoitre.

Simon was then valued at around £15 million by the Belgian side, as reported by Het Laatste Nieuws, with Liverpool also said to be interested in the player.
Now Spurs will be able to see him in action up close yet again.
But will they be impressed?
Moses Simon of Gent
The 21-year-old has not exactly developed in the year or so since Spurs were apparently interested.
He is not much of a goal threat, scoring just three times this season and just four times in 2016.
He is still young and Spurs are likely to continue monitoring his progress. They will just hope he doesn’t find his best form against them in the Europa League.
