Garry Monk, who was appointed the Leeds United head coach in the summer of 2016, has been linked with Nottingham Forest, Derby County and Norwich City.

Leeds United midfielder Eunan O’Kane has explained to The Yorkshire Post the management style of Garry Monk.
Monk was appointed the Leeds head coach in the summer of 2016 and has done a wonderful job at Elland Road so far this season.
The West Yorkshire outfit are going strong in the Championship at the moment and are in genuine contention of clinching a playoff spot.
O’Kane, who is 26 years of age and joined Leeds from Bournemouth in the summer of 2016, has explained Monk’s management style.
“His impact speaks for itself,” O’Kane told The Yorkshire Post about Monk. “He is the one that has the reins and makes the tough decisions. He is the person who has got us to the position we are in.
“He takes a lot of responsibility himself, but he also gives a lot to the players. He wants them to manage themselves. I find him very easy to talk to.
“Usually, it is his way in the end, but he does listen. The togetherness in our squad is largely down to him and largely why we are achieving what we are.”
Monk is a very good manager, as he showed at Swansea City. The Englishman will become a Leeds legend if he is able to guide the club back to the Premier League.
O’Kane’s comments highlight the importance of the Whites holding onto the 37-year-old. According to The Mirror, Monk is on the radars of Championship rivals Derby County, Norwich City and Nottingham Forest.
Even if Leeds are unable to get promoted to the Premier League at the end of the season, the Whites have to make sure that Monk remains in charge of the first team for the 2017-18 campaign.
