Samuel Saiz has been one of Leeds United’s most impressive performers so far this season.

Eunan O’Kane has suggested that a number of the players who Leeds signed over the summer have turned out to have frightening quality, and singled out one of his new teammates for particular praise, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports.
The Whites have enjoyed an incredibly busy summer, with a new chairman, manager and backroom team all arriving at Elland Road.

Unsurprisingly, a host of new signings have followed – and while the campaign is still in its infancy, it appears that the recruitment has been a success with a number of the new faces impressing during the opening weeks of the campaign.
And while O’Kane praised many of the summer signings, he suggested that one in particular, Samuel Saiz, has caused carnage since arriving in the Championship.

“But credit to the club and the recruitment. The carnage that Samuel has caused to teams in recent weeks is tremendous.
“These are frightening players, but it’s up to the rest of us to put in the dirty work to let them do what they do best. We have very, very good attacking players here.”
Saiz has certainly taken very little time to find his feet in England’s second tier – as have many of the new signings – stamping his authority on the number 10 role with a string of excellent displays in the league and cup.
The 26-year-old scored a hat-trick on his debut, and has often looked to be Leeds’ most creative player in a side that has often had little problem creating chances so far this term.
