Midfielder delighted to make his Leeds debut.

Leeds United handed a first start to summer signing Eunan O’Kane last night in the match against Blackburn Rovers.
The Whites earned a hard fought 2-1 win, with Kyle Bartley scoring a vital winning goal.

O’Kane signed on transfer deadline day from Bournemouth, and was left out of the side to face Huddersfield at the weekend after only training briefly with the side upon return from international duty with Republic of Ireland.
He was clearly delighted to get the result and the win under his belt, sending a message to fans, thanking them for their support.
O’Kane featured for 83 minutes, touching the ball 49 times, recording a pass completion rate of 82 per cent.
He won three tackles and made four ball recoveries, and will take great heart from his opening performance in the encounter.
He looked to have done enough to keep his place for the weekend trip to Cardiff City, and it makes sense for Garry Monk to keep faith with the same team and try and get a run of results together.
