Leeds United midfielder Eunan O’Kane has suggested to The Yorkshire Evening Post that his best is yet to come.
O’Kane joined Championship club Leeds from Premier League outfit Bournemouth in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old was not an automatic starter for the Whites, but the midfielder has now established himself as a key player in Garry Monk’s side.
Leeds won five of the first six games in which O’Kane played, as reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post, and the Republic of Ireland international will be important for the Whites as the season progresses.
The former Torquay United midfielder has suggested that Leeds fans have yet to see the best of him. O’Kane has said that he will get better as he gets more playing time.
“It’s been okay for me,” O’Kane told The Yorkshire Evening Post. “I came in and the team hit a run of form and as a group we’ve been good.
“On personal terms, I feel like I’m not quite myself yet. It’s been a long time since I played this many games but the more I play the better I’ll become. That’s the plan anyway.”

Leeds are 14th in the Championship table at the moment with 17 points from 13 matches.
The West Yorkshire outfit are four points behind Sheffield Wednesday, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.
The Whites will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home at Molineux in the Championship.
