Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur are in the running for the Premier League title along with Manchester City and Arsenal.
Former Chelsea midfielder Craig Burley said on the ESPN FC show on BT Sport/ESPN on Thursday evening (February 4) that Tottenham Hotspur will finish above Leicester City in the Premier League table this season.
Leicester are at the top of the standings at the moment with 50 points from 24 matches, five points above Tottenham, who are currently third.
Manchester City are second with 47 points, while Arsenal are level on points with North London rivals Spurs but behind on goal difference.
Burley, who played for Celtic and Derby County among other clubs, believes that Tottenham will finish above Leicester in the Premier League table this campaign.
It is interesting that Burley is backing Tottenham to overtake Leicester despite the fact that the Foxes are going strong at the moment.
There is a lot of football to be played in the Premier League this season, and on paper Spurs should finish higher than Leicester. After all, the North London outfit have the better team and have better players.
However, the way that Leicester have been playing all season suggests that they should not be taken lightly.
