Could West Ham United bring in the 19-year-old star?
Shaka Hislop has told ESPN that he expects West Ham United to sign Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford on loan in January.
The 19-year-old was outstanding in the second half of last season under Louis van Gaal, who used him up front, but Jose Mourinho has elected to use him in a wide role and it seems to have affected the teenager’s form a little bit.
Consequently, it was suggested that Rashford could head out on loan this winter but ESPN reported that the Red Devils would not entertain the prospect of lending him to West Ham next month.

But when asked by ESPN if the move will materialise, Hislop said: “It absolutely will. I like Rashford a lot. There’s no club better at bringing young player through than West Ham.”
West Ham are 11th in the Premier League table after thumping Swansea 4-1 in South Wales on Boxing Day for a third successive victory.

With Andy Carroll and Andre Ayew back fit and amongst the goals, the need for Rashford is not as great as it would have been a few weeks ago, but if Slaven Bilic has the option of bringing him to London then the Croat may not baulk at it.
