Erling Haaland’s father, Alfie Haaland, has suggested on Twitter that Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will not win the Premier League title ahead of Manchester City this season.
Alfie Haaland made the suggestion after Arsenal’s 3-0 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Gunners are now second in the league table with 81 points from 36 matches.
Mikel Arteta’s side are four points behind leaders and defending champions City.
The Citizens have played 35 games.

Title race over
In our view, Arsenal are not going to beat Manchester City to the Premier League title this season.
No way.
The defeat to Brighton has put flight to any chances that the Gunners had of catching the Citizens at the top of the table.
Manchester City are a well-oiled machine who do extremely well in the business end of the season.
We do not anticipate City slipping up in the final games of the season.
Yes, it is not done yet and Arsenal could still catch the Citizens mathematically, but it is very, very unlikely.
We have to praise Arsenal for the way they have done this season and for pushing City for the title thus far.
