Christian Eriksen was linked with a return to Tottenham in January, with Sky Sports reporting he was keen to leave Inter.
Now, the Danish playmaker is a Serie A champion and says he’s done a u-turn.
As per Italian outlet TMW, Eriksen said he’s completely happy to stay at the San Siro now, having admitted he had chances to leave in the winter.
“I’m so happy with Antonio Conte now,” he said.
“Six months ago I had chances to leave the club but everything has changed… and I want to stay.
“I don’t know if Conte is staying at Inter or not, it’s up to him and to the club, they’ll decide together.
“I’m happy to stay here and have a shield on my chest.”

It was always pretty unlikely Eriksen would come back to Spurs in January.
His wages would have been a real issue for Tottenham, and of course he’d be returning to work on the manager he turned his back on just 12 months before – Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho has of course since been sacked but Eriksen won’t be coming back to Spurs – and who could blame him?
He’s now a title winner, gearing up for a season in the Champions League. Spurs are in flux; it’s not clear whether Harry Kane will stay or whether they’ll even be in European football next term.
