The Hoops defender had a positive message for the fans.
Celtic’s Erik Sviatchenko
Erik Sviatchenko has taken to social media to share his passion for Celtic in a post that all Hoops fans will love.
The 24-year old has been a hit at Parkhead, following his move from Midtjylland in January this year, and he appears to be enjoying his time in Glasgow.
The Dane is currently recovering from injury but posted this message on Twitter earlier today, showing that his fondness for the club is now a family trend:
Brendan Rodgers has been rocked by a defensive crisis which has left Efe Ambrose as his only available senior centre-back and he will be hoping for Sviatchenko’s speedy recovery.

The rugged defender is set to return in a couple of weeks but the Hoops remain without Jozo Simunovic and Dedryck Boyata, while summer signing Kristoffer Ajer is also currently sidelined.
Kolo Toure
Kolo Toure recently arrived on a free transfer but his fitness levels are thought to be below the required standard and he faces a race against time to feature against Astana on Wednesday.
Rodgers’ men battled to a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Kazakhstan and will hope to finish the job under the lights at Parkhead next week.
