Tottenham ace Erik Lamela impressed with his cameo display in the defeat to Liverpool.

Tottenham suffered a second consecutive defeat at the hands of Liverpool on Saturday and desperate need a reaction against Inter Milan in their next fixture.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side have now lost back-to-back Premier League matches against Watford and Liverpool, as they fell to a 2-1 scoreline at the weekend against the latter at Wembley.
The North London club were given the run around in defence, but perhaps more worryingly they lacked a serious attacking threat during the game.
But substitute Erik Lamela did provide a spark off the bench with a goal in injury time and he should be promoted to the side in the next game.
The dynamic 26-year-old made a difference with his work-rate and directness, which is why he deserves a start away to Inter in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Lamela is yet to start a game so far this campaign for Spurs, but has made an impact twice off the bench and is a major fan favourite.
Spurs could do with freshening up their side and the left-footed winger can certainly add a new dimension to the team, while Heung-Min Son is another option now he’s back from international duty.
