Tottenham striker hopes for a strong 2019.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen had a totally forgettable 2018.
He entered the year injured on loan at Fenerbahce, only returning for the final month.
Upon returning to Tottenham he was cast aside by manager Mauricio Pochettino, before suffering a recurrence of his foot injury.
Janssen made his comeback for Tottenham’s under-23 team on Monday night, playing 45 minutes in a 1-1 draw against Liverpool.

The Dutch international striker posted a defiant message on Instagram last night, showing he is determined to bounce back.
He wrote: “It’s been a long journey and hard work to get back, but finally I’m 100% fit and back on the pitch again stronger then ever . A lot more to come in 2019.”
Tottenham teammate Erik Lamela responded to Janssen’s message, with a simple, ‘well done’.
Janssen’s return is long overdue, but it is doubtful he will get an opportunity at Tottenham.
He need a move in the transfer window, although Spurs may only be able to shift him on loan.
Either way, Janssen appears determined to show what he can do and make up for lost time.
