Erik Lamela is confident about a successful 2016-17 Premier League campaign for Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur star Erik Lamela has told The Daily Mail that he and his teammates can have yet another successful season in 2016-17.
The North London outfit finished third in the Premier League table during the 2015-16 campaign.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side were in contention of winning the league title for most of the season.
Tottenham suffered a collapse in the final weeks of the campaign and finished below eventual champions Leicester City and bitter North London rivals Arsenal in the standings.

Lamela, who is 24 years of age and can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has stated that Spurs can do better than last season.
“Last year we did very well by finishing third,” Lamela told The Daily Mail. “I feel we can do even better this season.”

Tottenham have every reason to be confident about a successful season in 2016-17.
However, it is going to be very tough for Spurs, not only to win the Premier League title but also to finish in the top four.
Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea will be the top three contenders for the league title.
Arsenal will be among the contenders as always, while Liverpool will be aiming for a top-four spot.
