Tottenham Hotspur are set to return to the Champions League this season, with the London outfit playing their home matches at Wembley.

Tottenham Hotspur star Eric Dier has discussed the club’s priorities this season, in comments appearing on Sky Sports.
The England international is one of a number of individuals whose stock has risen considerably over the last 12 months, and though he and his teammates will be featuring for the North Londoners for the first time in the Champions League after finishing third last season, it is clear the players want another crack at the Premier League.
“We’re really looking forward to playing again in the Premier League after the international break and we need to kick on this season, “Dier is quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

“The aim is to make Champions League football a regular thing for Tottenham.
“The league is still a massive priority for us and this year we have the lovely distraction of the Champions League as well so it’s a really exciting season.”
Clearly, Spurs and their young squad have gotten a taste of challenging for the Premier League title, having come closer than they have in decades last season only to fall short to Leicester City.
Boasting the youngest squad in the top flight, this is a group of players and an equally impressive manager who are only going to grow year on year.

Tottenham are set to face CSKA Moscow, Bayer Leverkusen and Monaco in the group stages of Europe’s premier competition, but they won’t be doing it at White Hart Lane, having agreed to stage European home matches at Wembley this year.
Unsurprisingly, Dier is looking forward to getting more game time at England’s home stadium, having proven himself a vital player for his country over the last few months.
“The opposition are very excited to be able to play at Wembley but so are we,” he added.
“We’d love to play at White Hart Lane but it’s hard to beat Wembley.
“It’s a very special stadium and luckily I’ve managed to play there already for England but to play there for Tottenham in the Champions League will be fantastic.”
