Tottenham Hotspur’s move to a new ground has excited Eric Dier.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier has told the Daily Express that his future lies on north London.
Dier has been linked with a move away, with Manchester United showing interest last summer.
However, the England international insists that he is happy at Spurs and is excited for the future.

“I can’t speak for others, every player is different and every player has to look after themselves at the end of the day so I can’t say what each person wants,” the £4m signing from Sporting Lisbon said.
“All I can speak for is myself and I think there is a fantastic group here, fantastic manager, fantastic set-up, fantastic project with the new stadium so it is a very excting time for the club. So I think everyone is looking forward to that.”
There are fears that Spurs could face great interest in a number of their key stars in the summer.
Tottenham have enjoyed great success in recent times, but they have not delivered silverware and are currently in a fight for Champions League football again.
If Spurs do fail to make it into the top four, they could face a battle to hold on to the likes of Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli.

But Dier is seemingly very happy at Spurs, and is planning to stick around with Pochettino’s side for the long-term.
Dier was in brilliant form for Tottenham, as they beat Crystal Palace 1-0 earlier today, to boost their chances of taking a top four spot this season.
