The Arsenal midfielder scored a superb solo goal to win the game against Ludogorets in midweek.
Former Manchester United star Eric Cantona has hailed Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil to Eurosport, describing his goal against Ludogorets as a pure football orgasm.
The German has started the season in fine form, scoring seven goals in all competitions.
His best came in midweek as he scored a superb solo goal to see a 3-2 win over Ludogorets in the Champions League.

After running through on goal the German lobbed the ‘keeper, dummied past two defenders and coolly slotted into the back of the net to seal all three points for his team.
It was a moment of magic from the midfielder and Cantona was certainly more than impressed.
“The goal by Ozil for Arsenal in the Champions League was like a pure football orgasm,” he told Eurosport.
“It sent shivers down my spine: a lob over the keeper, a swing of the hips and a gentle roll of the ball in the corner of the net. Sometimes football truly is an art.”

Arsenal will now be hoping that Ozil can keep up this impressive form for the remainder of the season.
His tally of seven goals means he is only one short of his best goalscoring season for the Gunners and he looks destined to easily surpass that score.
Beyond that, his best goalscoring seasons came for Madrid when he managed ten in two different seasons and it will be interesting to see if he can not only match those but better them.
