Jose Enrique has suggested on Instagram that Liverpool should make a move for Ryan Fraser on a free transfer this summer.

Fraser is out of contract at Bournemouth at the end of June and is available on a free transfer.

Former Liverpool star Enrique has suggested that the Reds should look into the possibility of securing the services of the 26-year-old winger in the summer transfer window.

However, according to The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the former Aberdeen star this summer, and the Scotland international winger himself wants to make the switch to the North London outfit.

Should Liverpool make a move?

Fraser is a very good winger who has done well for Bournemouth in the Premier League.

However, the 26-year-old would only be a bench-warmer at the Reds, and that is something that he may not be willing to accept.

True, at Tottenham, Fraser would have to fight for his place in the starting lineup as well, but he would have a better chance at Spurs than at Liverpool of playing regular first-team football.

Football in England is suspended at the moment, and it remains to be seen when the summer transfer window will open.
