Liverpool’s quest to sign Jude Bellingham is becoming increasingly more difficult.
Only last week, Christian Falk of Bild revealed to GMS – as covered by HITC Sport – that the player would indeed pick Jurgen Klopp’s side if money wasn’t a question.
Problem is, money is invariably a factor and with Liverpool potentially not even having Champions League football to offer targets this summer, well the Bellingham mission looks a tricky one.
And according to one report from Germany, Real Madrid are set to make it even harder.
Sky Germany have reported this week that the Spanish giants are working on a ‘spectacular’ player-plus-cash arrangement.

That would see los Blancos pay over £80 million in transfer fees and offer Eduardo Camavinga as a sweetener.
Here’s how former Liverpool left-back reacted on Twitter to this development.
He wrote: “If this is true we are [expletive].”
It’s a short sentiment by Enrique but, ultimately, a very true one.
Truth is, Liverpool’s pursuit of Bellingham is in major trouble if Real are genuinely offering Camavinga and some £80 million for Borussia Dortmund.
This is a good situation for the Bundesliga outfit because instead of having to sign a replacement for Bellingham, they’d be getting Camavinga and a massive sum of money in the process.
If Liverpool are going to win the Bellingham battle, they’ll have to get creative – and much better as a team, too.
