TEAM NEWS: WHICH ENGLAND PLAYERS ARE ON YELLOW CARDS?
This is the last game before yellow cards from earlier in the tournament are wiped.
Two bookings in five games can rule a player out of the semi-finals, which is a harsh rule which needs changing.
Four England players are on yellow cards; Declan Rice, Kalvin Phillips, Phil Foden and Harry Maguire.
Whether that will influence Southgate’s selection remains to be seen.
He has a clean bill of health, with Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell back training with the squad again.
Southgate used a back five against Germany but could return to a 4-2-3-1 system here, with the onus on England to break Ukraine down.

OUR PREDICTION: ENGLAND V UKRAINE
This game carries a different type of pressure to the Germany one.
England should win on paper, but it’s a new challenge. They’re away from Wembley, it could be a warm evening and they need to forget the euphoria of Tuesday and focus on this one.
Ukraine should be more tired, having played 120 minutes on Tuesday night and then had to fly home before the game.
A professional and creative performance should ensure a relatively serene passage to the last four, but nothing can be taken for granted at this stage.
Our Prediction: England 2-0 Ukraine
