Tottenham striker Harry Kane’s England senior call-up appears inevitable, for his current form demands a chance under Roy Hodgson.
He will join his North London rival Danny Welbeck, who has been impressing for Arsenal this season.
While both strikers have found the net in European competition, and Welbeck for the Three Lions senior side, a direct comparison can be taken of their Premier League performances.

Welbeck’s performances do not have him at risk of losing his place in the England squad, but Kane’s displays warrant his inclusion – and he has a real chance of displacing the Arsenal star in the actual team if he keeps his form up and Roy Hodgson elects it’s a case of either or.
