Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson was selected to start for England last night, as they cruised to success in Euro 2020 qualification.

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson’s latest display for England has been heavily criticised, despite Gareth Southgate’s stroll to success.
England won 6-0 in Bulgaria last night, but Liverpool man Henderson still didn’t manage to avoid some negative comments on social media.
Henderson’s performances for his country have not always been fully convincing.
And it seems that the Liverpool midfielder still has work to do if he is to win over the Three Lions fans.
Henderson actually picked up a yellow card yesterday, which means that he will be ruled out of England’s next Euro 2020 qualifying game which comes in November.
The combative midfielder is likely to be used to criticism while playing with his country now, but Liverpool will be hoping that his confidence is not too badly affected by the comments.
Henderson’s attention will be back on club matters with Liverpool soon, as Jurgen Klopp’s side look to continue their unbeaten start to the campaign in the Premier League.
Liverpool take on struggling Manchester United at the weekend, and have the opportunity to consolidate their lead at the top of the table.
