National Football League owners on Tuesday night approved the St. Louis Rams' plan to move to Los Angeles and gave the San Diego Chargers the option to join them.
They are currently members of the NFC West in the NFL. The Rams have won three NFL championships (two pre-merger and one Super Bowl), and are the only NFL team to win championships in three different cities (Cleveland, Los Angeles, and St. Louis).
