Manchester United fans are preparing for their first transfer window under INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Everyone has seen what the Glazers do and don’t do. Fans have made their feelings pretty clear on them and it will never change.
But the likes of INEOS have been brought in to sort the footballing side of things and the transfer window is the one where they can win over supporters.
Manchester United ended the recently-concluded Premier League campaign in eighth spot, it was their worst-ever finish in over three decades.
But they made amends by winning the FA Cup final over Manchester City to the delight of everyone associated with the club.
There are several players who have played their last game for the club. Raphael Varane is one of them, but could some surprising names follow suit?
There has been a lot of noise around Bruno Fernandes in recent weeks, especially with suggestions that there is interest from Bayern Munich for the £68 million Ole Gunnar Solskjaer signing.
Sources have told HITC that INEOS will discuss Fernandes’ future during their season review.
But comments from the club captain haven’t impressed Ale Moreno who thinks ‘he needs to be careful with the game he is playing’, as he told ESPN.
Moreno suggested that Fernandes asking to ‘feel wanted’ basically means that he wants to get paid more by the club and they probably shouldn’t bow down to his demands.
Bruno Fernandes’ future at Manchester United
“I think he told us what he was thinking a couple of weeks ago when he said, essentially, ‘I want to feel wanted. I want to feel the love. I want to feel appreciated’,“ said Moreno.
“I tell you what that means. ‘I want to get paid’. For professional players, feeling appreciated and feeling the love isn’t a hug. It’s pay me.
“I don’t know if you are Manchester United if you are building around Bruno Fernandes long term. Is he the player, profile and personality to build around if you are Manchester United? I don’t think so. I wouldn’t do it. He has got to be careful with this game he is playing, in that he may just talk himself into a situation in which Manchester United don’t feel like they want to invest in him and I don’t know if he really fits into what Bayern Munich are trying to do. Does this mean that Jamal Musiala isn’t playing anymore? Will he play out of position? Is Leon Goretzka out of the picture? That’s what will have to happen.”

Erik ten Hag’s future at Manchester United
Forget about Fernandes for a minute, you feel a lot will depend on what happens with Erik ten Hag because it’s a mixed bag.
Some want him gone because, after two seasons, they can’t see where he is taking the club.

But others think he is being drowned and deserves more time to turn the Manchester United ship around.
You feel if ten Hag does stay on, then there is no chance for a player like Fernandes to head for the exit door, unless it is taken out of his hands.
