Arsenal and Chelsea have an important summer transfer window to deal with after a mixed campaign in the Premier League.
Mikel Arteta’s side are on the up. Their long-term vision of sticking with their manager is paying off because they are inches away from becoming champions again.
Yet, only a couple of years ago, it was Chelsea winning the Champions League under Thomas Tuchel, but now they are struggling to get back into Europe’s elite competition.
It’s not helped by the fact that Mauricio Pochettino left after only one season in charge, but Chelsea are craving that stability that Arsenal have in bucketloads.
Yes, that all-important Premier League title isn’t on their doorstep yet, but they are closer than everyone else and they just need to iron out those finer details.
One way to do it is by bringing in that player to take them over the line. Arsenal felt Declan Rice would do that after his club-record transfer last summer.
The England international made a huge difference and was his side’s best player, but he couldn’t provide that extra edge.
That’s why Jay Bothroyd is calling for a certain Victor Osimhen, who has starred for Napoli during the last two seasons, to make a switch to the Emirates, as he posted on Twitter.
The Nigeria star is in high demand and it looks like he will be leaving Naples this summer.
Sources have told HITC that Osimhen is Chelsea’s preferred striker target, but a deal is proving to be difficult, as of this moment.
Instead, the 25-year-old has been told to head towards north London.
Victor Osimhen at Arsenal
“@victorosimhen9, you need to get yourself to North London!!!! #AFC,” wrote Bothroyd.

Arsenal and Chelsea looking for that striker
Many feel both need that striker this summer, although, Chelsea’s problems are clearly bigger.
Arsenal still scored 91 Premier League goals this season – only Manchester City scored more, with Chelsea netting 77.

Osimhen is the one who has been talked about for a number of seasons now and a player many want at their club.
He helped Napoli end their 30-year wait to become champions of Italy last season by scoring 26 league goals from 32 matches.
This campaign was far more difficult as they felt out of Europe, but Osimhen still managed 15 Serie A goals from 25 matches.
