Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice has given his verdict on Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal are aiming to win the Premier League title this season.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, who have won the Carabao Cup already this season, are at the top of the league table at the moment with 63 points from 27 matches.

City, who won the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup last season, are second with 59 points from 26 games.
Arsenal, who pushed City hard for the title last season, are third with 58 points from 26 matches.
Arsenal star Declan Rice comments on Liverpool and Manchester City
Declan Rice, who joined Arsenal from London and Premier League rivals West Ham United in the summer of 2023, has described City and Liverpool as “unbelievable”.
Rice told Sky Sports: “I hate watching it now, I hate watching it. I see the results but I just try to focus on what we’re doing. We can’t control what others are doing.
“The league is so strong. City are unbelievable, Liverpool are unbelievable, Spurs have been unreal under Ange, Villa under Emery have been so good as well.”
My View: Liverpool and Manchester City ahead of Arsenal in title race
In my opinion, Liverpool and Manchester City are ahead of Arsenal in the race for the Premier League title this season.
Yes, Arsenal have a very good team and are scoring goals for fun even though they do not have a goal machine like Mohamed Salah or Erling Haaland.
However, Liverpool and City have more experience and know how to get the job done in the final weeks and months of the season.
City have become the dominating force in English football under manager Pep Guardiola, while Liverpool have won the Premier League title under Jurgen Klopp.
