Ally McCoist has given his verdict on the future of Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
The Rangers legend and talkSPORT pundit has explained why Rashford needs to leave Old Trafford.
So, what has Ally McCoist said about Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford?
Ally McCoist urges Marcus Rashford to leave Manchester United
Well, former Rangers and Scotland international striker Ally McCoist has been speaking about Marcus Rashford on talkSPORT.
The talkSPORT pundit thinks that Rashford needs to leave Manchester United. McCoist has said that the £300,000-a-week (Spotrac) forward looks happy at Old Trafford.
The England international has made 21 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for United this season. Rashford has scored five goals and given two assists in those games.

Speaking on TalkSPORT (27/2 7:25am), presenter Jeff Stelling said about Rashford: “I would sell. I would definitely sell because he looks so unhappy and out of sorts. But again, who would you sell him to?”
McCoist responded: “Do you know something? I actually think more from his point of view than anything, he just needs to get away and kickstart his career because his body language, he does just not look happy at all.”
My View: Leaving Manchester United won’t leave Marcus Rashford
In my opinion, leaving Manchester United for another club in the summer transfer window would not help Marcus Rashford.
Changing clubs do not always enhance players if they are not playing well. Let us not forget that Rashford has played under a number of managers with different personalities and different styles. It is not as if he has been playing in a similar system under the same manager year after year.
The England international is 26 now. If he is to explode and suddenly become a world-class player, then it will happen at United.
Moving to another club is not going to make a huge difference if he himself does not step up his game. And, if Rashford is able to play well at another club next season, then why can’t he do now at United?
