Manchester United central defender Harry Maguire has given his verdict on Rasmus Hojlund after the match against Fulham at Old Trafford.
Maguire has noted why United missed Hojlund during the Premier League match.
So, what has Harry Maguire said about his Manchester United teammate Rasmus Hojlund? Let’s take a look.
Harry Maguire comments on Manchester United teammate Rasmus Hojlund
Well, Manchester United took on Fulham at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon. Erik ten Hag’s side lost 2-1.
Rasmus Hojlund did not play in the game. The striker suffered a muscle injury that is likely to keep him on the sidelines for two to three weeks.
After the game, United defender Harry Maguire noted why the team missed the striker, outlining what he does for the side.

Maguire said about Hojlund on BBC Sport: ”We got hit by the injury to Rasmus, who has been big focal point for us but it is up to us to find the solutions and the areas we need to improve on.
“He has been our focal point, we can play into him, he holds it up, he starts the press really well, not only that but Marcus has been playing really well on the left.
“It’s the story of our season, we’ve been injury hit – as other teams have – and we need to find a solution quick.”
My View: Rasmus Hojlund a big player for Manchester United
In my opinion, Manchester United are a better team with Rasmus Hojlund in it. He is a rising star, and his recent goals and performances show just how vital he is to Erik ten Hag’s side.
The Denmark international striker made a slow start to his Premier League career and struggled to score goals.
Hojlund was still scoring in the UEFA Champions League, though. The 21-year-old found the back of the net five times in six games in Europe’s premier club competition.
The 21-year-old has recently exploded in the Premier League. The striker has scored seven goals and given two assists in 17 starts and three substitute appearances in the league this season.
Hojlund is a gem of a player, and I think that the striker’s importance to the United team is only going to increase.
