Dimitar Berbatov has given his verdict on Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United, Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur and Unai Emery’s Aston Villa.

Tottenham, United and Villa are in the race for Premier League top four this season.

So, what has Dimitar Berbatov said about Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa? Let’s take a look.

Dimitar Berbatov sends warning to Tottenham Hotspur about Manchester United

Well, Manchester United will take on Fulham at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Former Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has backed the Red Devils to win the match 2-0.

The pundit has noted that United, who want to sign Rosenborg midfielder Sverre Nypan, could be able to catch Tottenham and Aston Villa in the race for the Premier League top four.

Villa are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 49 points from 25 matches.

Tottenham are fifth with 47 points from 25 games, while United are sixth with 44 points from 25 matches.

Berbatov told Metro: “Fulham are sitting comfortably in mid-table, but it’s a bit underwhelming compared to last season.

“United need to catch Spurs and Villa, and you know what, they’re not far off. So this is a massive game for United and it’s one they need to win. Prediction 2-0.”

My View: Manchester United back in race for UEFA Champions League places

In my opinion, Manchester United are very much in the race for the top four of the Premier League table this season.

Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa are showing signs of vulnerability. Spurs have won just two of their last five Premier League games, while the Villans have lost two of their last five league matches.

United are in great form at the moment. The Red Devils have won their last four Premier League games, with Rasmus Hojlund in top form and banging in the goals for fun.
