Jamie Carragher has given his verdict on whether or not Liverpool could sell Conor Bradley in the future.
The former Liverpool defender and Sky Sports pundit has noted how Bradley could become an important player in the squad.
So, what has Jamie Carragher said about Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley? Let’s take a look.
Jamie Carragher says FSG will not sell Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley
Well, Jamie Carragher has been raving about Conor Bradley and is convinced that Liverpool owners, the Fenway Sports Group, will not sell the 20-year-old Northern Ireland international right-back anytime soon.
The former Liverpool defender made the comments when asked on Sky Sports News on Deadline Day if Liverpool could cash in on Bradley.
Bradley has been on the books of the Reds since 2019 and is starting to make an impact in the first team.
The youngster, who had a loan spell at Bolton Wanderers in 2022-23, scored a goal and gave two assists for Liverpool in their 4-1 victory over Chelsea at Anfield in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.

When asked if Bradley could leave, Carragher said on Sky Sports News (4:07 pm, February 1, 2024): “You mean, Liverpool might sell him? No. No. He has saved Liverpool a lot of money because I think, a lot of people, myself included, have been saying for a long time now.
“With Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back, because he is so good, Trent, it’s very difficult to bring someone in as back-up because they know they are not going to play more often than not. And you still have got to good money for someone like that.”
My View: Conor Bradley could be a star for Liverpool
In my opinion, Conor Bradley could become a star for Liverpool in the coming years. I think that the 20-year-old Northern Ireland international right-back is a gem.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is the first-choice right-back at Liverpool. The England international is world class.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has played Alexander-Arnold in midfield on occasions, and so has England head coach Gareth Southgate.
Yes, Klopp is leaving Liverpool at the end of the season, but if the new manager, who could be Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso, decides to play Alexander-Arnold in midfield on a regular basis, then the right-back spot could go to Bradley.
