- EXCLUSIVE from Graeme Bailey
Tottenham Hotspur winger Bryan Gil can move on before the transfer deadline with a number of Premier League clubs interested.
HITC understands Tottenham have told Bryan Gil that he can leave the club as he is not part of Ange Postecoglou’s long-term plans.
The Spaniard has interest from his homeland with the likes of Sevilla, Real Sociedad and Valencia keen, whilst Lazio have also looked closely at Gil.
However, HITC has been told that he could have possible options in England with the likes of Brentford, Brighton and Hove Albion, Crystal Palace and Fulham all possible options.
Time for Bryan Gil to leave Tottenham Hotspur
Gil joined Tottenham for £22million plus Erik Lamela in 2021 but has yet to really prove himself as a Spurs player.
The 22-year-old has been loaned out to Sevilla and Valencia in recent years and has only managed 21 Premier League appearances for Tottenham.
Gil has shown some energy in Tottenham appearances but there are questions about his physicality for the Premier League.
Postecoglou has only given Gil 187 minutes of Premier League action this season and the signing of Timo Werner only pushes him further down the pecking order out wide.
After two loan spells away from Tottenham, it may be time for Gil to move permanently and settle down elsewhere – but time is running out for a January deal.

Giovani Lo Celso unlikely to move on
One player who is highly unlikely to leave Tottenham before the transfer deadline is midfielder Giovani Lo Celso, HITC understands.
There has been interest in him, even from Barcelona, who looked at him to come in to help fill the void of the injured Gavi – but they wanted him on a cheap loan, and Spurs rebuffed those attempts.
Barcelona were linked with Lo Celso over the summer and their interested doesn’t appear to have disappeared, but Tottenham want to keep the Argentinian.
Lo Celso has impressed Postecoglou during his time at Tottenham and there is belief that he can play a role at Spurs moving forward.
The 27-year-old has only started four Premier League games this season, but has picked up two goals and two assists.
Lo Celso serves as competition for James Maddison in the Tottenham squad and Postecoglou seemingly isn’t ready to let him go.
