Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold expressed his delight on Instagram after England star Jude Bellingham was crowned with the 2023 Golden Boy award.

Back in the summer, it was a transfer Liverpool fans were dreaming of, but given the lack of finances, Jude Bellingham secured a move to Real Madrid instead.

A midfielder of his talents and the levels many are expecting him to reach in years to come, it was only fitting that he joined the biggest club side in the world.

The 20-year-old would have been dreaming of a positive start under Carlo Ancelotti, but not even he could have dreamt of this current start.

After 17 games in all competitions, the £88.5 million signing has scored an incredible 17 goals and supplied four assists for Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid.

These are levels beyond the great Cristiano Ronaldo reached when he first joined Madrid.

It’s just the start, but Jude Bellingham has now been rewarded with the 2023 Golden Boy award and he reacted to it on Instagram.

In the comments section of Jude Bellingham’s IG post, Trent Alexander-Arnold sent the following message – Declan Rice and Aaron Ramsdale also reacted.

England’s quality ahead of Euro 2024

The draw was recently made for Euro 2024, with England handed a pretty straightforward group, with Slovenia, Denmark and Serbia alongside the Three Lions in Group B.

Many feel that England are favourites to lift the main trophy, and understandably so.

When you have players like Harry Kane, Bellingham and Phil Foden at your disposal, then you have to, at the very least, reach the final.

Then there is someone like Alexander-Arnold, who can’t even get into Gareth Southgate’s XI, which says everything about the team’s depth in quality.
