The Premier League match between Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday evening was hugely entertaining.
And controversial.
Liverpool had two players sent off.
And, the Merseyside club also had a goal ruled out.
John Aldridge thinks Liverpool winger Luis Diaz wronged v Tottenham Hotspur
Luis Diaz’s goal was chalked off because of offside.
Former Liverpool player John Aldridge was not happy at all with the decision, as you can see below.
Just after the half-hour mark, Diaz thought that he had scored for Liverpool against Tottenham at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The 26-year-old Colombia international winger’s effort, though, was deemed to be offside.

It was a controversial decision.
That’s because VAR did not appear to draw any lines on the replay.
Big win for Tottenham Hotspur, blow for Liverpool
A late own goal from Liverpool saw Tottenham Hotspur win the Premier League match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening.
Spurs are now second in the Premier League table with 17 points from seven matches.
The North London club are just a point behind leaders and defending champions Manchester City.
As for Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp’s side are fourth with 16 points from seven games.
Liverpool will feel disappointed, not just by the result but also by some of the decisions that went against them.
