Divin Mubama, Conor Coventry and Dan Chesters have all been pictured in West Ham United training ahead of Wednesday’s Carabao Cup third round clash at Lincoln City.
With Europa League football back at the London Stadium, and with David Moyes’ side drawn against third-tier opposition in the domestic cup, plenty of opportunities for West Ham United’s next generation should be on the cards over the coming weeks.
The Hammers take on Lincoln at Sincil Bank tonight, a place in the fourth round the prize.

And Moyes may relish the opportunity to shuffle his pack; Mubama, Chesters and one-time Imps loanee Conor Coventry photographed in training with the likes of Edson Alvarez and Tomas Soucek via the West Ham website.

18-year-old Mubama, the youngest of the three, scored 13 goals in 20 Premier League 2 games last season. Now a regular in Moyes’ matchday squads, the teenage striker caught the eye during pre-season too and may be afforded the opportunity to lead the line in Lincoln.
“There’s nothing more that gives you pleasure than getting young players an opportunity,” Moyes told Football London after Mubama scored his first professional goal in the Conference League against AEK Larnaca in the spring.
“Every time Divin has come on, I tell you what he does… He runs, he does the work and he doesn’t think twice about his effort or anything he does. Because of that, we’re growing to him all of the time.
“He’s done really well, and I’m pleased.”

At least two teenagers in Hammers squad
Dan Chesters, a 21-year-old midfielder, has also featured in Europe under Moyes. Coventry, meanwhile, will be hoping to prove how much he has developed since a loan spell at Lincoln back in 2019/20, should he get on the pitch in the Carabao Cup third round. Coventry played five times as West Ham won the Conference League last term.
The Standard report that goalkeeper Jacob Knightsbridge (19) and defender Kaelen Casey (18) have also travelled to Lincolnshire.
