Tottenham Hotspur ace Ivan Perisic is still expected to join Hajduk Split during the January transfer window despite his recent injury.
Ivan Perisic to Hajduk Split is all agreed following Tottenham Hotspur’s move to land Luka Vuskovic.
That is according to Croatian newspaper Sportske Novosti, who claim that Perisic to Hajduk is still on the cards.
Tottenham completed a major signing on Monday, confirming a deal to sign Hajduk wonderkid Vuskovic.
Vuskovic can only officially join Tottenham in 2025, once he turns 18, but the excitement around him is huge.
Tottenham appear to have landed a future star here and there is a real chance that Spurs ace Perisic heads the other way.

Ivan Perisic heading back to Hajduk Split
Tportal in Croatia reported earlier this month that Perisic would likely join Hajduk as soon as Vuskovic to Tottenham was sorted.
Hajduk have been chasing Perisic for a while now and had been interested in signing him over the summer.
Perisic was born in Split and started in the Hajduk youth ranks before going on to become a star around Europe.
Now heading towards the end of his career, Perisic could make an emotional return to Hajduk.
Sportske Novosti report that ‘everything has been agreed’ for Perisic to join Hajduk in January.
The deal ‘just needs to be put on paper’ with Tottenham allegedly willing to let Perisic join Hajduk on a free transfer.
Relations between Spurs and Hajduk appear to be strong and with Perisic out of contract next summer, he can seemingly go for nothing.

Perisic moving despite injury
Some had wondered if Perisic’s move to Hajduk would be kiboshed by a potential season-ending injury suffered last week.
Perisic, signed by Antonio Conte last summer, picked up a knee problem in training and faces a lengthy lay-off ahead of Euro 2024.
Hajduk don’t appear to be fussed though and are still planning to bring Perisic back even with that injury.
Hajduk believe that Perisic can be back in around six months, meaning that he could be back in time to help Hajduk win the league title and end their drought.
That’s the hope for Hajduk and Perisic may now jump at the chance to make his emotional move back to Croatia before his career ends.
