The pundit was very confident that Arsenal would win against Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday.
The former Arsenal star told Sky Sports that the Gunners would destroy Spurs.
Merson also wrote in Sportskeeda that Arsenal would beat Tottenham 4-1.

The North London derby on Sunday ended in a 2-2 draw.
It was a very entertaining and exciting match in which Tottenham came from behind twice to pick up a point.
Spurs could have even won the match.

The 24-year-old attacking midfielder started on the right of a midfield-three in a 4-3-3 formation.
Although Odegaard played well in the first half, the former Real Madrid player did not have the best of times in the second period.
