The big discussion about Arsenal at the moment is regarding the two goalkeepers, Aaron Ramsdale and David Raya.
Aaron Ramsdale has been a regular for the Arsenal first team for a while now, but manager Mikel Arteta did something really interesting and perhaps controversial by playing David Raya against Everton in the Premier League last weekend.
Raya also started against PSV in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.
And there is a distinct possibility that the Spain international, who joined Arsenal in the summer transfer window, could start against Tottenham Hotspur in the North London Derby this weekend.
Aaron Ramsdale vs David Raya situation at Arsenal
What is interesting is that Arteta has suggested that he could change goalkeepers during matches.
That has raised eyebrows.
Ramsdale has not done much wrong at Arsenal, but it seems that Arteta thinks that Raya is the better goalkeeper.
This has led to speculation that Ramsdale could leave, with Chelsea interested in the 25-year-old England international goalkeeper.
Bernd Leno verdict on Aaron Ramsdale situation
One player who knows how it feels to lose his place in the Arsenal starting lineup and eventually leave is Bernd Leno.
The 31-year-old Germany international goalkeeper lost his place to Ramsdale in the 2021-22 season and left for Fulham in the summer of 2022.
Leno has said that he feels for Ramsdale, saying that the 25-year-old is a very good player and does not deserve what is happening to him right now.

The German told The Times: “At the start of the 2021 season, we lost the first three games and after the international break all of a sudden it was, ‘We need to change players and have positive energy’.
“There were a couple of excuses I didn’t understand and I have to say, unfortunately, it’s more or less the same with Ramsdale.
“It has happened [again] after the international break. I was thinking: ‘That’s more or less the same as with me.’
“I was thinking about Aaron, he’s a very good guy. I know how he feels, there are some similarities.
“When I wanted to fight for my place, the goalkeeper coach said, ‘You have to leave the club.’ When he said it wasn’t about performance, I knew straight away I had to leave.
“I don’t know if they didn’t want two strong ’keepers. I had one year left on my contract. So it was the last time to make money off me.”
