Leeds United are now willing to offload right back Cody Drameh after securing the signature of Tottenham Hoptsur talent Djed Spence.
Cody Drameh seemingly has the green light to leave Leeds United ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.
That is according to a report from Sky Sports, who claim that Drameh can now leave the club on loan or permanently.
Drameh has refused to sign a new deal with Leeds and the Whites are now ready to cut ties with the right back.
Leeds pounced to sign Djed Spence on loan from Tottenham Hotspur this week and that move will seemingly pave the way for Drameh’s exit.
Daniel Farke had been keen to land another right back this summer and teed up a deal to reunite with Max Aarons.
Bournemouth hijacked the deal at the last minute though, robbing Farke of the chance to coach his former Norwich City right back again.
Spence has now come in for the season and his arrival may allow Drameh to move on before the window slams shut.

West Ham United interested in signing Leeds United talent Cody Drameh
Championship clubs will almost certainly be keen on signing Drameh; Birmingham City are already showing a strong interest.
The former Fulham prospect impressed on loan at Cardiff City in 2022 before then heading on loan to Luton Town in January of this year.
Drameh impressed again, shining as a right wing back to help Luton win promotion to the Premier League.

Now back with Leeds, Drameh seemingly wants to move on – and he could yet land a Premier League move.
The Athletic reported just last week that three top-flight clubs – Brentford, Crystal Palace and West Ham United – were all showing an interest in Drameh.
The 21-year-old hails from London and a return to the capital appears to be a real possibility.
Drameh may be seen as a more attack-minded option than Vladimir Coufal and the long-term West Ham right back moving forward.
The path is clear for West Ham to make their move for Drameh – and rivals Tottenham sending Spence to Leeds may well have given them a helping hand.
