Liverpool are on the verge of signing Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch in a deal worth up to €45million (£38.5million).
Ryan Gravenberch is flying to Liverpool tonight as he prepares to make a big move from Bayern Munich to Anfield.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who claims that Liverpool have now reached an agreement with Bayern.
It’s stated that Liverpool have agreed to pay €40million (£34.2million) plus €5million (£4.3million) in add-ons.
That’s maybe a little more expensive than first thought but Liverpool are set to land their man.
Bayern struck a £21million package deal for Gravenberch last summer and are now set to make a tidy profit.
Romano claims that Gravenberch will be flying to Liverpool tonight in order to wrap up his move to Anfield.
Romano adds that a medical is now booked and that Gravenberch is on the verge of joining Liverpool, giving the move his signature ‘here we go’ catchphrase.

Ryan Gravenberch desperate to get back on track at Liverpool
Gravenberch was a top talent with Ajax and looked like becoming one of the top midfielders in Europe.
Bayern pounced to sign Gravenberch but the move hasn’t worked out with the 21-year-old starting just three Bundesliga games last season.
Gravenberch needs to be playing in order to continue his development, especially ahead of Euro 2024.

Hailed as a ‘wonderful player’ by Ruud Gullit, Gravenberch clearly has huge potential but he needs to get back on track at Liverpool.
The Dutchman gives Liverpool a real presence in midfield at 6ft 3in tall and is best utilised in a box-to-box role at the moment.
Gravenberch has played deep at times though and Liverpool may utilise him there in rotation with Wataru Endo.
That should bring an end to Liverpool’s incoming business this summer with another midfielder unlikely to arrive given this outlay for Gravenberch.
