Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United are now being linked with a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in the final days of the summer transfer window.
The Telegraph has reported that Manchester United are considering a bid for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this week.
The report has claimed that United have been offered the chance to open talks over a deal for Hojbjerg.
Tottenham are willing to sell the £100,000-a-week (SalarySport) Denmark international midfielder before the summer transfer window closes this week, according to the report.
Tottenham Hotspur should sell Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to Manchester United
In our view, if Tottenham Hotspur got a good transfer fee for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, then they should sell the midfielder to Premier League rivals Manchester United in the final days of the summer transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham paid £15 million to Southampton to sign Hojbjerg in 2020.

Atletico Madrid were reportedly willing to pay £30 million for the 28-year-old earlier this summer.
So, if Spurs get £30 million or around that mark, then they should not hesitate to sell the former Bayern Munich player to United.
After all, Hojbjerg does not seem to be in the plans of Tottenham head coach Ange Postecoglou.
The Tottenham no. 5 has made two substitute appearances for Spurs this season.
Hojbjerg has made 220 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The midfielder has scored 12 goals and given 15 assists in those games.
