Joao Felix would reportedly love to move to Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs on Twitter space, Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix would love to join Chelsea this week.
Felix, who can operate as a forward, winger or attacking midfielder, spent the second half of last season on loan at Chelsea from Atletico.
During his loan spell at Chelsea, Felix made 16 appearances in the Premier League, scoring four goals in the process.
Joao Felix would love Chelsea transfer
Jacobs has said that there is interest in the £250,000-a-week (The Sun) Portugal international from Barcelona.
The reporter has added that although Felix would love to return to Chelsea, head coach Mauricio Pochettino does not want the 23-year-old at Stamford Bridge.
Pochettino was appointed the Chelsea boss in the summer of 2023.
The Argentine boss does not want Felix in his squad for this season, according to the report.
Jacobs said, as relayed by TCC: “Felix would be very interested in any Chelsea approach, especially if Barcelona falls through but there is nothing active at the moment and it would have to take Mauricio Pochettino u-turning on his input for that to change.”

We do not think that Chelsea should try to get Felix back.
While the forward did not have a particularly bad time at Chelsea, he was not exactly a huge success either.
And Felix is not a ‘natural striker’.
That is what Chelsea need at the moment.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners have enough ‘forward’ players.
What Pochettino needs is a top-quality number 9 with more experience than Nicolas Jackson and Armando Broja.
Meanwhile, LondonWorld have reported that Chelsea are interested in signing winger Jadon Sancho from Premier League rivals Manchester United this week.
