Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly “hell-bent” on signing Moises Caicedo from Brighton and Hove Albion.
According to The Sun, Chelsea are planning to make a fourth bid worth £90 million for Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The report in the British tabloid has claimed that Chelsea have had offers of £60 million, £70 million and £80 million rejected for Caicedo, who, according to former Liverpool star John Barnes, is a “fantastic” player.
Brighton want £100 million in transfer fees for the midfielder, and Chelsea are now planning to make an offer of £90 million.

The Sun has added that “Mauricio Pochettino is hell-bent on landing the Ecuadorian from Brighton”.
The report claims that former Tottenham Hotspur head coach Pochettino sees Caicedo as “the ideal midfield partner” for Enzo Fernandez.
Chelsea should pay £100 million for Moises Caicedo
In our opinion, Chelsea should just pay the £100 million that Brighton and Hove Albion are demanding for Moises Caicedo.
If Chelsea are willing to make a new offer of £90 million, then why don’t they just add the £10 million and get a deal done
After all, the new Premier League season is about to get underway, and every single point and match will matter in Chelsea’s quest to finish in the top four.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are trying to sign Deivid Washington in the summer transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Chelsea have made a bid for Washington and trying to get a deal done with Santos.
The Brazilian club are reportedly ready to accept the offer for the 18-year-old forward.
The Italian journalist has added that Washington has agreed personal terms with Chelsea and wants to join the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners this summer.
