Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly on the verge of bringing Alejo Veliz to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur will sign Alejo Veliz from Rosasio Central in the summer transfer window.
The Italian journalist has reported that Veliz will put pen to paper on a long-term contract with Tottenham.
Spurs will pay Argentine club Rosasio Central a transfer fee of €15 million (£13 million) plus add-ons for the 19-year-old striker.
Romano has added that Veliz will undergo a medical with Tottenham in the coming days.
Alejo Veliz a player for the future for Tottenham Hotspur
In our opinion, Tottenham Hotspur have to be very patient with Alejo Veliz and should allow the Rosasio Central striker to grow and develop at his own pace.
First of all, Veliz is only 19.
He is not the finished article yet and is still developing and growing as a player.

There is no way that Veliz is ready to replace Harry Kane, who could leave for Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window.
Secondly, Veliz would be coming from Argentina.
The striker would need time to get used to life in England and to the way football is played in the Premier League.
It is never easy for any player to hit the ground running after coming from a different country with a different culture.
Tottenham have to see Veliz as a player for the future and should not put too much pressure on him to make an immediate impact.
The striker has made 22 starts and one substitute appearance in Liga Profesional de Fútbol in Argentina this season.
The teenager has scored 11 goals in those games.
Spurs will be determined to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
