Bayer Leverkusen central defender Jonathan Tah reportedly wants to move to David Moyes’s West Ham United.
According to The Times, West Ham United are interested in signing Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer transfer window.
The report has claimed that the new West Ham technical director, Tim Steidten, is pushing for the Premier League club to bring Tah to London Stadium this summer.
Steidten knows Tah from his time at Bundesliga outfit Bayer.
The Times has added that the 27-year-old £58,000-a-week (SalarySport) Germany international centre-back is “keen to move to” West Ham this summer.
The report has added that West Ham manager David Moyes would prefer to bring in Harry Maguire from Manchester United, but the England international central defender wants to stay at Old Trafford.
West Ham United could be able to sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah
In our opinion, West Ham United will be able to secure the services of Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah in the summer transfer window.
After all, if the Germany international himself is keen on a move to the Hammers, then it is hard to see Bayer stopping him from leaving.

We believe that if West Ham made a good offer for Tah, then they would be able to sign him.
Bayer finished sixth in the Bundesliga table last season and will play in the group stage of the UEFA Europa League in 2023-24.
West Ham won the UEFA Europa Conference League last season and will play in the UEFA Europa League next campaign.
The Hammers are a big and established club in the Premier League.
Tah made 28 starts and five substitute appearances in the Bundesliga last season.
The 27-year-old scored one goal in those matches.
Tah also played eight times in the UEFA Europa League last season.
