Sean Dyche’s Everton could now reportedly miss out on Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin.
Earlier this month, 90min reported that Everton are among the clubs who are interested in signing Allan Saint-Maximin from Premier League rivals Newcastle United in the summer transfer window.
The report noted interest from Crystal Palace, AC Milan and Marseille in the French winger as well.
However, it now seems that Everton will not be able to sign bring Saint-Maximin, described as “really dangerous” by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola in The Mirror in August 2022, to Goodison Park this summer.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that the 26-year-old winger is on his way to Saudi Arabia.
The Frenchman is reportedly set to move to Al-Ahli.
Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin no big miss for Everton

We do not think that the Toffees should have tried to sign the winger in the first place.
While the 26-year-old can thrill fans, he is not very consistent.

Newcastle reportedly being ready to sell the winger tells you all you need to do.
The Magpies will play in the UEFA Champions League next season and will also be keen on finishing in the top four of the Premier League table yet again.
That PIF and manager Eddie Howe do not think that the winger is good enough for them should indicate to Everton not to be too bothered about him.
The 26-year-old made 12 starts and 13 substitute appearances in the Premier League last season.
Saint-Maximin scored one goal and gave five assists in those games.
